It hasn’t been that long ago since the start of the official release of Final Fantasy XiV. Though if you’re unlucky to be one of the few to not have bought the game during the first few weeks it was released, you’re unlikely to be able to play the game now as all digital sales are halted and finding a physical copy may be next to impossible.
The remake is a fun game in itself. It isn’t exactly anything new in the genre, nevertheless I pretty much enjoyed it. The same can’t be said for its predecessor Final Fantasy 14 Legacy, which tries too hard too innovate itself but fails in trying to make the game actually fun to play.

The game is quite pretty to say the least. It’s fun exploring the different realms of Eorzea. There’s lots of things to do for example…
Aside from the overworld you explore, the design of the dungeons aren’t half bad too. Especially if you’ve got some company along for the ride.
With all that said and done, all that hard work grinding exp and mats may leave you sore and cranky all over. You may want to pick up some ingame hobbies for instance. Like some botany or some refined culinary arts to destress. Preferably, visiting the local hotsprings is best.
