Been a while since the last 40mP song so here’s one.
I have a short introduction on 40mP on my Hokorobi post so check that out if you wanna find out more. You can really hear 40mP’s distinctive composing style in this song.
This is a very atmospheric song, the melody flows nicely and it’s very easy to listen to (as is with 95% of 40mP’s songs). 40mP had his orchestra group perform in this song which makes the instrumentals pretty damn amazing. If you look at the performers list, you’ll see that there’s some pretty huge names in there, such as ZimuinG, [TEST] and Shobon. The brass instruments used here also makes for some really interesting accents.
For the recommended covers, there isn’t much good ones for this song. No, I should rephrase that. There isn’t much “distinctive” covers thanks to the style of this song. There are two covers which stands out for me though so here they are:
Shairu uses her shota-ish voice here which is really cute and works really nicely with the song.
This is Nobunaga’s cover. Her voice is nice and clear and oh so very sweet here. Really loved the way she sang the verse before the last chorus.
