It Started As If We Were Going To A Convenience Store

– In the first place, how did the decision come about for Nagahama-san to be appointed as the director for the PV?

Hikasa: I said “Nagahama-san, how about directing the PV?” (lol).

– Something at a level like inviting someone to go to the convenience store with you was the start? (lol)

Nagahama: From my point of view, it was akin to asking me to die, with the tension of inviting someone to go to a convenience store.

Hikasa: Nah, I know that you’re busy with work, “He just might help out if we just asked.” I thought…… Even though he might be busy.

– You didn’t just irresponsibly reach out to him right?

Hikasa: Everyone else and I were dead serious about it! We wanted to create something that we could bet something precious to us on. So the talk about creating something together with everyone came about.

Nagahama:“So, what is it?” I asked, “I know you’re busy, but it would be nice to create a PV together” was the reply. I was told, “We have faith in Nagahama-san in creating something new!”, so I replied “Well then, sure.”

Hikasa: After hearing that I said, “Let’s tell the Producer!”

Nagahama: It totally felt like an invitation to a convenience store. The planning started out with a simple promise (lol).
