Well, it seems that my Henneko post is one week late again. With some luck (and willpower), I'll hopefully be going back to a normal posting schedule within the next 2 weeks. But enough of that, onto the episode itself!
My Thoughts:
- As it turns out, this episode really went all out with the fanservice, and I was actually pretty surprised myself by how full-blown it was and how risqué certain scenes were. That being said, it doesn't mean that I didn't enjoy the episode though.
- With all the nonsense about seducing Yokodera (or his imaginary brother) to free Tsukiko from his clutches, I thought that Tsukushi was officially going to become the next member of Youto's harem. At least, that's how it seemed to be, until the last scene. It seems that Tsukushi is really bent on not parting with Tsukiko, to the extent where she's even willing to sacrifice her own body. That last part where she wished for the whole world to fall into ruin really showed how serious she was. Thankfully though, the cat statue should well be capable of reversing her wish, which is what I predict will happen next episode.
- Unfortunately, it is confirmed in this episode that Youto is definitely the dense male protagonist you see in so many shows who is totally oblivious of how others feel towards him. Even Tsukushi is aware of just how much Tsukiko likes him.
- And on the topic of Tsukiko, I think she looks really good in black (like in the start of this episode), plus the way she shakes her hips while thinking of Youto's compliments were really cute. The way she twirls her hair while talking to Youto has become a very obvious sign that she likes him, and she even brazenly wears the shirt he was wearing! I actually almost thought she was going to regain her emotions due to shame overload after Youto unknowingly condemned her for it.
- Overall, this was a fun episode as usual though the fanservice was a bit over the top (or well, we could say that it exceeded my expectations from this series).
Screenshots:
It seems that I'm taking increasingly more screenshots each week. Or is it just because there were so many screenshot-worthy scenes this episode?

And with that, it's time to play catch up with the anime!
